  • Most commercial matcha is low-grade and inconsistent — not ideal when your menu depends on it. Ours is sourced directly from Japan, shade-grown and stone-ground for a flavour that holds up every single serve.
  • A 500g pouch gives you around 70–100 serves depending on your pour — perfect for busy café volumes. Stock up and keep the consistency going from open to close. (Serve count adjusted for 5–7g per serve.)
  • Whisk 5–7g with a small amount of hot water at 70–80°C until smooth, then add your steamed milk or base of choice. Pre-batch your matcha paste at the start of each shift for a fast, consistent serve every time.
  • No special setup required. Marlo's works seamlessly with your existing equipment — milk frother, whisk, or batch prep. Easy to train, easy to serve.
